North Orlando Mountain Vacations

The room had stains on the walls and on the curtains. The door to the room and bathroom did not lock. The toilet was not clean and the toilet seat was not secure.

Great resort and location

Good place, spacious units but a little dated. Great proximity to Disney World parks.

The breakfast was good , but we thought it was included with the stay .

The room was amazing it was big enough for the group of people we went with. The only bad part is that they said the pool had a heater and it did not. It was freezing. But everything else was great! The bar was good, the convenience store was awesome!

Would be nice to have the option to self park , front desk very helpful and courteous, breakfast brunch on the expensive side. Alison at Sophia’s was A+

Grade 5 star hotel, amazing service. Very respectful great food room was clean super comfortable.

The room was great, Since we do not use sofa beds, it would be nice if the sofa was a lot more comfortable. Locations is perfect as well.

Great pool. Food okay. Room very convenient with the extra living space.

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

Nothing fancy but a solid resort stay for the family at their cheerleading competition.....clean and we'll run.

Very clean and good selection of food.

The pool area and lazy river are an amazing highlight to this hotel.
