We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Parañaque City. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially being on a high floor. There was plenty of room to relax and move around, which we really appreciated.
The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the security guards were especially helpful and welcoming. The only downside was that we noticed a few small cockroaches in the room, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious room, convenient location, and friendly staff. With a little more attention to cleanliness and pest control, this would be an even better place to stay.

There are 2 issues that I have with my stay.
1) water pressure is not always the same, some rooms have a stronger pressure than others.
2) Outlets: my plugs are not sturdy when plugged in, they are loose and comes off easy.

I made a complaint of no hot water. !st receptionist told me there is nothing I can do. Second time I complained they sent a repair guy who made the water slightly hotter, he said all the connections are separate. So long story short I booked another hotel form my paid (14 day stay) and just let the last 5 days go... I asked for a refund but the refused and offered and upgrade on a future stay. Never Again will I book here again.

So everything cost extra. The pool extra. The gym extra. Clean towels for a two week stay extra. When they say they have laundry what they mean is they will send it to the people next door. Also it is extra. One reason I got the room was the full kitchen. It came with two pans no lid amd one stove top. Very hard to make much with that.
