Kind of a quirky property, but we liked it. Super convenient location within walking distance of Blue Jays games and lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Stayed during our wedding anniversary for a staycation that felt no different than staying at a 3 star hotel. I wanted to note that there is longer elevator wait times and it was exacerbated with one of four elevators being down and the amount of floors in the tower. Communication with the hotel staff over the phone was very poor when it came to seeing if there was early check in and late check out available. Late check out is supposedly only known the morning of, and not the night before which I haven’t experienced at a hotel before. Additionally, they put us in a room that required maintenance on the HVAC system and required access from 9AM-4PM the next morning. Checking online, it’s not like they had full occupancy on the Monday for our one night stay. In contrast, the valet staff was very helpful. We would not recommend to friends for the price downtown and if they were celebrating any milestone. Would be convenient for anyone staying for business and works near the Financial District. We picked the hotel based on proximity to our dinner spot.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience all the way through, the staff was attentive and genuine. There was warmth and real hospitality, welcomed with some sparkling wine. We were able to enjoy treatments at Stillwater Spa, and fabulous drinks at the Writer’s Room Bar at sunset and had a wonderful dinner at Joni’s , the in room meal were lovely. The design and comfort for the rooms was very tasteful along with the overall aesthetic of the hotel full of art and texture. The most amazing part was the staff from the front desk, to concierge to the staff opening the doors or servicing the room it was really exceptional, thank you for making it unforgettable
