Although our room was smaller than expected, it was clean and comfortable and is only a base when on a city break. The breakfast options were plenty and loved that the hot food was cooked to order. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

What I liked: The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?). Room for improvement: the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar. Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!).

The staff was very nice. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. My single room has been upgraded to a one with double bed for just a little extra. Make sure though that you should put the "Clean the room" sign before 9:00am if you want your room to be cleaned. The location of the hotel was excellent, just 5-7-minute walking distance both from Metro and Train Station. Breakfast was very nice too, just a little bit crowded at some times. Would return to this hotel if have a chance to visit beautiful Copenhagen again.

Breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of choices to chose from. Staffing was excellent in all fazes . Rooms were clean .very comfortable. Impressive view from the balcony overlooking the city center of Copenhagen. I would recommend it to everyone who is look for a great hotel to stay at. I wish could have stayed 1 more week. Very nice hotel bar.

I had a 13 hour layover in Copenhagen and my stay was perfect. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the city. It was a rainy day, but the hotel provided umbrellas! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Room was dirty and glasses as well, tea wasn’t replaced or milk- more of a 3.5 star- great location and staff.

A very nice hotel located outside of Central Copenhagen although the bus and train services were excellent.

The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! The pool is great, and we enjoyed time just relaxing during a city break where you end up walking around a lot, so need some down-time. Breakfast food was very good here too. You can easily walk to different attractions from here - we did Tivoli (about 10 mins) and the Botanic Gardens easily from here. We did also stay near Nyhavn for the other part of our stay, which is slightly closer to all the main tourist areas of Copenhagen, but this is probably only an additional 10-15 minutes walk.

The hotel is larger than it looks from the outside as it is made up of a few different buildings joined together. For some rooms this creates a challenge for anyone with access issues because there are two or three very tall steps to get from the hallways the elevator accesses to the adjoining hallways for many of the rooms. If you cannot manage the tall steps you need to be in rooms numbered _01 to _10 on any floor. All other rooms will required manoeuvring your luggage over these stairs. Our group needed 2 rooms and they gave us rooms on different floors and sections of the hotel rather than near each other. Some of the rooms have wet showers, so if you have concerns about slipping in the bathroom, you will want to make sure to put in a request to avoid these rooms.
