Clean and spacious room. Kind staff checked us in several hours early without an additional fee. Safe area.

Upgraded to a suite with had an extra lounge and cloakroom. Plenty of options for breakfast. Convenient for city centre.

The crew stood out they were all so nice and accommodating. They made me feel at home. Unfortunately I was in and out of the hotel i really didn’t have time to taste their wine collection they also had beautiful art inside. It’s super close the district 1 (9 mins walk) and tram was close too ( 9 mins walk) Super clean and spacious

This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

Service was just above and beyond. Sauna, steam room and gym were great. The room was excellent with premium coffee and water with constant maid service. Breakfast was excellent. It was a great stay!

Easy check in polite staff clean room fantastic breakfast really enjoyed my stay. Only one thing needs addressing asked about taxi service to airport when checking out staff quoted 44euros fixed rate for hotel guests so booked it when arrived at airport driver insisted on 54euros and got in my option aggressive and loud insisting payment in cash was disappointing end to my stay;

Clean room, good food, good atmosphere, well decorated and in good condition. Free parking and access to major roads easy. Great supermarket next door Lovely staff.

The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

Great experience! and great location too, just behind St. Stephens (but on a quiet street). Had a big studio flat on the top floor, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna! everything was perfect! only small thing to look out for, the apartment had 2 steps leading from the kitchen to the bedroom area... people with mobility issues might want to enquire first. Otherwise, great experience!

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.
