It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement

I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. The housekeeping staff made sure everything is well kept and stocked up. And if you call front desk and request they are quick to fulfill your request. Thank you!
