Great stay, great vibe overall.

Wow! This property is truly a gem. From the moment you walk onto the property you quickly realize that the pristine attention to detail, the committment to top notch guest service and the transformation of this historic building have landed you in a little oasis in the coolest city. The location was perfection, walking/biking distance to everything you could need. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast in the room was beautiful and generous. The room itself was so special, we would love to go back and experience all of the other guest rooms! We would highly recommend to everyone and cannot wait to be back on our next trip through the city.

Nice hotel, large room for European standards. Good central location, walkable to major points of interest. Can get a little noisy, especially on weekends with people yelling and partying outside, but not too bad. Would recommend staying here.

Staff were welcoming and efficient in check in. I asked if I could drop off luggage before check in, but instead they offered for me to check in early, and the process was quick and easy. They were very accommodating.

We had two rooms booked for two nights. The rooms were big and well appointed, with really nice shampoo, conditioner. Etc Nice tea bags, coffee Etc too. The building is very interesting, being historically shipping offices. We had booked the hotel because of the pool, so it being out of action was disappointing. However, it was a good stay, good location. Nice and quiet at night also.

Rooms are very small. More like a cruise ship cabin. The place is clean and parking is limited on site

Check in was smooth. We were greeted by two very nice gentlemen who offered great advice for using the train and recommend a closer bus stop. They were very helpful. I was very disappointed to find the listing was not accurate when mentioning that a free airport shuttle was available. The free shuttle was the deciding factor in booking this hotel. It cost more than $40usd for a short 7km drive. The hotel was well kept and clean. I appreciate that 2 sets of pillows, soft and firm, were offered in each room and coffee makers and accessories were also available in the rooms. We left early before breakfast was being served but the kind lady at check out offered to grab us bananas and apples to take with us. Great staff! Very clean. Really disappointed about not having a shuttle but would still stay here again because the staff was so great!
