Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms. Clean, quiet and a great location. Probably could do with an attendant to manage the pool area and seating, but aside from that…it was very good.

Great bed, clean, tidy and a most comfortable room. Check in was smooth, location was great. Will stay here again.

The room is very dated but they do state they’re renovating come 2026. We had multiple problems with accessing our room. Everyone we’d leave the hotel and come back, our keys wouldn’t work. The blanket/doona had food marks on it from a different patron and the fridge had food in it still.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

Had a bad first night as the air con unit was very noisy. The staff were great and I got moved to another room for the other 2 nights.

Aaron at front desk was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Quiet hotel,great location close to city

Great room with all you could want. Close to the tram stop and Marvel Stadium. Short walk to restaurants and bars on the water front.

Food down stairs, rooms were nice

Great Carlton location. Close to tram and bus. Plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. 7 eleven across the road. Very clean rooms. Great value for money.
