The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, but very close/walkable to all the action. Our room was very large and had lots of windows that we could open. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Prague again!

What a beautiful, spacious and quiet room! And the hotel itself is in the perfect location in the Old Town. There was a deep tub to soak in! And the staff left personal touches here and there to make the stay memorable. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in Prague.

This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed. The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email. The bedding is excellent with soft and warm goose down covers and pillows that feel like clouds. The staff provided complimentary water, fruit basket, and even a small birthday gift for my stay. Only two things to note that may impact your stay: - The room does not have black out blinds. - Each unit only has so much hot water. Long showers using the rainfall head may mean you have to wait a while for anyone else to shower. If I'm ever in Prague again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again!

Our room had a big screw sticking out of the floor on the threshold to the bathroom. Very dangerous!! I did a temporary fix with some cardboard and a bath towel but it still took 4 days for me to track down someone with a screwdriver to fix it. The nighttime doorman was about the most unfriendly employee I’ve ever met. I think he literally went out of his way to avoid holding the door or to greet us. On the other hand, Martin is the best!! He was always smiling and giving us tips for our stay, our transpiration, helping with our luggage etc. you need Martin to help the night guy learn some hospitality. Breakfast crew was always great and we enjoyed dining. Tony’s next door also needs a lesson in hospitality. We ate at many restaurants in the city but none were as cold in hospitality as the staff at Tony’s.
