It was a bit smaller than expected because so much of the information about the hotel is wrapped up in the resort. However, it is in Manhattan after all and that's kind of how things go there. The staff was welcoming, answered all of our questions and provided us with free water when we arrived too. The rooms are kind of small and the view from our window wasn't spectacular but it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not included in the initial cost for the room, unfortunately, which ran us over $250 a person per night. I do wish the bar stayed open a little later than 11 pm too! It was closed by the time we came back to the hotel for the night. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, time square being roughly 20 minutes walking distance. When compared to other prices around Manhattan it's a decent midway point.

Little gem hidden in Brooklyn. Will definitely be back. Only issue I had was getting my room cleaned, I had to call 3/4 times and even then no one still came but other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast 60$ per person its very expensive. U can go anywhere arranged and eat much cheaper. Room quiet not as shown on the picture, walking on carpet and sticking to your foot.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

First time in NYC so we don’t have anything to compare it to but the customer service was 10/10. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeepers were so kind. The facility and rooms were so clean. They offered laundry service at a very reasonable rate, much cheaper than LaundryHeap and other laundry services. We always felt safe walking to and from subway even later in the evening. We booked the king room with a terrace and the view was awesome! Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the spring with our daughters!

Beautiful room with panoramic beach views. Loved the pool deck and easy access to the hotel from the boardwalk. Quiet, peaceful stay. Will definitely return.

The entire room and bathroom is small so it's a good option if you don't expect to stay in the hotel for long. The room has dings on the wall and the bathroom shower floor had stains that don't seem to get out. There were some areas that seem like they normally aren't cleaned. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. It does get pretty packed. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the subways and close enough to Times Square/ Broadway shows that there are always people walking around late at night. It's a good location if you want to be near Times Square and the surrounding areas and you won't expect to be in the hotel room for long.
