When we check in and blithe package nobody tells you anything about the cleaning service is only once every 3 days !!!!!
This is a scam because I stay in this property before three times and never was like this !!!
I called The main Reservation number for Sonesta my self because the manager at the property was lying to me !!! And I called making a new reservation to see what they say and I asked especially about daily cleaning service, and they ensured me that was done daily!!!! They should fire the manager!!!
