There was a unique elevator. Room was a bit small. Staff was able to meet our needs

This hotel is ideally situated to everything one would find interesting as a first time visitor, incl. walkability to shops/boutiques, various restaurants, other fascinating sights and the likes, museum accessibility, options to borrow bikes from the hotel as well, and really lovely staff and service. We hope to return one day!

Great staff. Rooms were very well designed

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved taking the water taxi to the sites in Copenhagen. Apartment was warm (no air conditioning) and loud in the morning, which made it hard to sleep.

Did not like being in a room next to the lift as very noisy but everything else was fine

Great hotel. Lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Only thing it lacks is a pool/sauna.
