I have stayed before, about two years ago. Niwa has for sure gone downhill. Im not sure if they changed ownership, but I was not too impressed with my stay this time. Checkin was good. Staff helpful. Hotel though, was for sure dirtier and less well maintained than previously. Lots of dust in public areas and room. Room overall was a terrible view and just acs and a wall and the back of peoples apartments. The reataurants has totally gone downhill. Breakfast selection was bad. They removed the buffet japanese area and now offer it instead of the buffet. No curry. Less fish. Less fruit and veg. Less variety overall. The whole upscale vibe is gone. The gardens were not well maintained as they had been preciously. I remember quite a few people maintaining the groynds last time and this time I saw none. Overall, I was just really sad. Did not get an upgrade. My room was tiny and dated. Mold on the underaide of the sink. Just a total downgrade. Wont be back.

Was so close to Shibuya! Which we loved

Great stay but I have some complaints. staff was very nice.Check-in was absolute chaos and no one knew where to go. We had a premium room but checkin instructions did not tell us such, and we stood in the wrong line for 40 mins. We were supposed to check-in on the 32nd flood since we had a club room. Our room was very nice overall. View was amazing. However, the room was very dusty and there were dead bugs all over the windows and in the lights. The floor in the bathroom was heavily damaged. There was mold in the shower grout and some of the miniblinds were damaged. not really the experience I expected for $800 per night.

This hotel is really incredible - the staff is lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable and the grounds are just gorgeous and peaceful. I was devastated to only be there one night but it was awesome nonetheless

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and the entire place was so clean! I didn't get to use the amenities because of my schedule, but they looked great in the pictures and I'm sure I would've loved them as well. There is a free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea, which is so helpful! They're very glad to help you with anything you need. I would love to stay here again next time I visit here for Tokyo Disney.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Friendly staff, bedroom had everything we needed, a great location and the weighing scale in the lobby was very helpful!
