Our family has just returned from the most incredible 8-night stay at Beachcomber Island. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The island is stunning, but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. A very special thank you to Leyah, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Her warmth and genuine care made such a difference to our stay. Every single staff member — from maintenance and housekeeping to the kitchen, reception, bar, spa, entertainment and promotions — was friendly, attentive and always smiling. Special mentions to Charlie, Kane, Lasco, Titi and Ruby for your impeccable service and infectious energy. We arrived as guests and truly left as family. The team created the most beautiful birthday celebration for me, singing traditional songs and Happy Birthday, surrounded by new friends and fellow guests. It was such a heartfelt moment I’ll never forget. Our dinner table for four quickly grew into an “Island Family” table of seventeen, with Leyah and other guests joining us. We highly recommend inviting others to sit with you — we left with treasured friendships. Our Beachfront Bure was spacious and spotless, and stepping onto the deck each morning was breathtaking. Beachcomber isn’t about five-star luxury — it’s about authenticity, connection and a relaxed island charm that’s wonderfully special. We made lifelong memories and cannot wait to return. Friendly staff who were very helpful 🤗

We had a great 5 days at Malolo island resort. Staff was excellent, happy, friendly and helpful, particularly restaurant staff who made us feel super special. The whole atmosphere made us smile even on slightly cloudy days. Food was great, we ate mostly seafood and it was fresh and tasty in all three restaurants. We enjoyed the best hot stone massage in the spa to relief muscle tensions from travel. Had a great snorkelling trip to Tavarua to see turtles and giant clams, luckily it was just the two of us in the sea with the guide on a perfect sunny day. Last night was my wife’s birthday and it was crowned with a stunning (and huge) seafood platter finished with a surprise cake and live bands happy b’day performance. A truly fantastic home away from home, perfect for winding down, enjoying turquoise sea, calm ambiance and chill.

The staff were amazing- very friendly, welcoming and hospitable really can’t fault them! The room was very spacious and had what we needed with a washing machine, dryer and cooking appliances. There is a supermarket about 3 min walk away- the restaurants were great and had many options. Lovely beach with warm sea! Only down side was that our room was next to where the housekeeping are so you could hear them clear as day in the mornings but they were very lovely!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Pacific Hotel for four nights, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast buffet each morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including generous vegetarian choices and freshly prepared vegetable juices. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping and service attendants were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown to us throughout our time at the hotel.

The staff there were very kind people. I couldn’t recommend highly enough of the amazing staff! The food is also delicious! We were so glad we got all inclusive- the chefs made incredible food. The rooms definitely need upgrading, the blinds are all broken in the rooms and the pool has missing tiles. Other than hat we loved our stay

Room was full of cockroaches… everywhere. Staff were great. Cafe on sight had terrible food
