Great Hotel very friendly staff would definitely stay again … just a 5 minute walk to shopping mall with fab food court, shops, bowling alley & cinema.

It is an excellent hotel, within walking distance of Skanderberg Square, the Pyramid of Tirana, and other noteworthy places. It is also near wonderful restaurants, among them the Vila Artigiano. I also enjoyed the local variety of the plentiful breakfast buffet, except for the coffee (the coffee machine was awful). That would be my only complaint. To their credit, they had ready-made 'American' coffee as an option, which was better. If I return to Tirana I will stay at this hotel again, for sure.

Everything about this hotel is first class. For convenience, it is located across the street from the rental car return garage, and a very short shuttle ride to the airport terminal. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable with TV and wifi. Staff was very helpful, and nearly all of them spoke English fluently. The hotel is a real value. I definitely recommend it.

Decent location Friendly staff especially the restaurant staff during breakfast Fidel, Rina, Jhanine and Michelle. Made the day special with their service with a smile. Breakfast offering was standard. However room cleanliness could be improved especially the floor.
