Staff helpful. Room clean. Didn’t get the electricity only turns on with the room key explained until fumbled in the dark set off the ADA alarms. Not sure why I was in an ADA room but I’m glad only to discover electricity. The internet wasn’t great. The choice of tv channels was nonexistent. Flight was too early to enjoy breakfast. Tram to airport should have been explained better as I was charged twice for that. Wish there was water or anything in the room to consume. Restaurant not open by the time I arrived at almost 10pm and no alternative foods shown.

Nora who checked us in was lovely and very friendly. The room was nice and liked that it had a couple of arm chairs and a coffee table to sit at.
The downside was it did lack space to put cases/ clothes. There is a wardrobe but it is so dark in that corner you need to use the torch on your phone to see in. There are also no shelves - just hanging space.
There wasn’t a fridge but they did have a coffee machine but it alternated between a thimbleful hot shot or a mouthful of lukewarm coffee.

The bathroom is very good, great design, everything has been thought of, but the sleeping area wasn’t great, it was so small, most of it is taken up by the huge bed frame and clunky faux marble table.
We had a really long walk to our room with no lifts
There was a wedding on Saturday and our room was literally next to the party!
Roof top terrace is literally a terrace, you have to buy your very expensive drink from the bar and carry it yourself up to the roof terrace.
Breakfast needs more variety
Staff were very attentive and helpful and the location is fantastic.
However it’s not worth the amount we spent per night
