Schermer Mountain Vacations

Room was gorgeous, with great views of the water. Close to central station and easy to walk to many attractions. Only minor issue was slow and small elevators with no direct staircase route down to ground, but other than that, it was perfect.

The property does need a remodel the bathrooms are not properly done. The door for the bathroom and the shower does not make sense and the ceiling is very low I’m 5’4 and I was able to palm the ceiling. The amenities are not easily accessible through your room. Everything has to be done downstairs. There are no refrigerators or ice buckets given. And no free water. I give it a 3 star only because the price wasn’t too bad but probably still over charged. and the airport shuttle is not free.

Hotel was in a perfect location! Near trams and museums in a quiet neighborhood. The staff and manager were all friendly and accommodating. We planned to go out for breakfast every day but the hotel breakfast was so fabulous that we ate there every morning instead. The beds were very comfortable and I’m fussy about beds. I highly recommend this hotel!! .

Sad that the upper terrace was closed for renovation (enjoyed dinner there 3 years ago) - but loved our second stay! Gotta say we were concerned about noise from the street but the closed windows were virtually soundproof. Great location, staff and property. Until next time - thanks.

the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good. the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place.
