Central Austin Mountain Vacations

Great room with lots of space. Loved the self parking option; it's a gated garage so your car feels secure. Our two recommendations are to drop the multi-digit code for the door, elevator, garage, etc. If this were a key card, it would save a ton of time and frustration. The other one is to tweak the front desk. It's two small desks where you sit down to check in- it feels odd; it should be a counter, which naturally makes the transactions that happen there faster. The ladies were nice, but need a little more polish and professionalism. Other than this, it was a good stay.

Clean, comfortable, well sized rooms. Good pillows.

I have been staying at the Ella on and off for years. It is a beautiful hotel with very professional staff members and is always clean and comfortable. Not fancy; just a great place to spend the night and sit on the porch.

Unhelpful staff, got screwed over on this booking and on the charges. Would never try to book here again.
