The overnight staff were excellent. I arrived around 0:30 and the gentleman got me checked in quite quickly. Bed was a bit spongy, but the rest of the room’s appointments were great. Comfy chairs, good In-room coffee, nice and large bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was weak though. Loads of hot water. Quiet room with no noise from others in the building and minimal sound from outside (tram). Overall, a great hotel. Just need stronger water pressure in the shower.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our family: nice spacious rooms, helpful staff, a mini fridge stocked every day with free snacks, early check in, beautiful pool/gym, kids play area in the lobby, and we started every day with the delicious breakfast buffet full of fresh food options and kids could eat for free. Very central location too. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Outstanding desk staff at checkin. We were very tired from trips from US, to Muchen airport, then by traing tp central station. The female clerk at noon or near this time was very helpful. Being given the little English booklet on Munchen was great. I wanted to thank the cleerk personnally before we left on 19th, but missed doing so. Motel One is in great location for US visitors and all visitors. We will stay again if visiting. We just arrived back in San Francisco, California and Spokane, Washington State today 20 Aug 26. We were in Wien for 2 days before flying back on 19th in afternoon. Really enjoyed the stay, staff and convenience.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was quiet and thoughtfully designed, with an extra door separating the bedroom from the bathroom/anteroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt it offered good value for money. The location near the main railway station is both a plus and a minor downside. Being so close to the station is very convenient, but, as in many European cities, this also means the immediate area has its share of betting shops and a few strip clubs. We had no problems walking around at night, but at times the neighborhood felt a little shady. This was not a deal breaker for us—just something to be aware of.
