The hotel was nice but in Murano there is nothing , only the glass factory. Too far from everything , the breakfast was nice in a beautiful setting and a reasonable price.

Was not happy with some staff behaviour during my stay towards breaking I stayed 4nights and 5days I was denied breakfast some staff attitude was totally not acceptable they lack manners don't know how to talk to customer
They don't speak English no good communication
