Murano Mountain Vacations

We stayed in one of the apartments owned and operated by the hotel and loved it! The unit was roomy and had a kitchenette with a fridge, hotplate and Nespresso machine plus dishes and pots and pans, everything you would need to make a meal. It was quiet, private and an excellent location. An excellent choice!

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Excellence everywhere!

Close to all the things you would want to see in Venice. It makes it easy walk to most sites. Lower cost rooms require a lot of stairs. No real bar to have drinks. The water taxi could pull up right to hotel. Overall room was small and but clean. A/C was very good.

The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.
