Lovely property in Canmore. Spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom; perfect for our group of 4. Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Parking were great amenities. Everything was newly renovated; furniture was all new in our rooms. Staff was so nice. The Black Dog cafe right downstairs was excellent. Not exactly walking distance to town, but an easy 5 min drive. We stayed in the summer. I would stay again.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our room was not serviced. The shower dispenser was also empty, which was frustrating when we needed to use it. I mentioned these concerns to the staff member at check-out and was disappointed that there was no explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. We also found the overall value disappointing given the price we paid. I hope the hotel can improve communication about housekeeping and make sure basic room amenities are checked regularly. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
