Hotel room floor was very dirty - I spilt some water on the floor and dried it with a tissue which was completely black. Pillow cases smelled of someone’s oily hair - house keeping likely didn’t change them so I had to request for clean pillow cases and change them myself. The bathroom smelled of puke. Would not stay here again.

Thanks to the whole staff who provided professional service during a very busy national holiday. Gym, pool, restaurant, concierge, etc. were well-staffed. Thanks to Ivy at the front desk for a warm check-in and check-out.

"I feel a bit upset and disappointed of choosing this hotel because the variety of restaurant is limited, only 1, also I paid extra for the mountain view but I only get small little part of mountain view, instead in front of me is all trees not the mountain view."
