I loved it!!!

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

Great staff, great location, family friendly.

Hotel had all amenities and was convenient for the end of our trip being close to the airport. We were able to do laundry in the room which was helpful.

It is very nice place for a family trip

The hotel was very gorgeous. There is a convenience store inside the hotel which made it very nice when you need to get snacks when you get hungry. There is also a buffet which has both western and Japanese food options. The room I got is a little small but that is expected with Japanese hotels. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest train station but if you don't mind that, I recommend this staying at this hotel

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle.

It is very nice place for a family trip

Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also know if you haven’t been to the area before it is like their Vegas, lots of bars and girl bars etc. surprisingly the room was quiet. Overall just small for the price and a buzzkill I couldn’t take advantage of the bar, but staff was nice and it was clean etc
