The outstanding thing about this hotel is its staff. The bathrooms could do with a revamp

Everything was good as expected of 4 star hotel. Property was spacious and clean. Food was OK. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests. I needed to draw attention of the staff many times for my needs as they appeared to have forgotten that I am there.

I usually stay in Oberoi hotel but since it’s been closed for renovations I’ve been trying new hotels and i was very pleased with Kennilworth , superb location

Room is clean and staff courteous. Disappointed there was not a shower cap in bathroom

All of concierge people. Special mention of Sanjib Raja of mini bar Mithun and all those who serviced # 257 First aid guys. For their prompt and caring action. All those who served at breakfast, especially Sudip
