Perfect location, nice room. Excellent stay.

Ca Bonafidini is a gem that’s a short walk from the train station. It’s on a quieter side of Venice but is surrounded by excellent food options and right near a public transportation spot. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The hotel room was gorgeous and most importantly very quiet at night. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the garden courtyard. Our room was spotless and clean. We also ordered room service which was fantastic, I was impressed and surprised how good the food was. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, you will love your stay here!

This was a wonderful hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Venice. Close amenities especially water ferries.
