We always have a great stay at Harrah’s! The best part my wife and I love now is the convenience of Check IN/OUT Kiosk! We didn’t have to go to the front desk and our Room Keys were printed out right there at the Kiosk. We definitely will be back soon for another stay!

Being this is a 5 star hotel, it didn’t seem like one. There were bad stains on the bed head board and the toiletries quality was bad. Less towels- room service never picked up the phone when I needed another towel. Some 4 star hotels amenities and service are much better than this.
