The hotel itself was nice. The problem was that we booked it through Expedia, and after this experience, I will never trust them again.
Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, we still had to pay extra to use the spa and for certain food items on the restaurant menus. The package was not as all-inclusive as we expected.
