Maishima Sports Island Luxury Vacations

It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet.

Great location, right next to Namba station and the airport limousine bus. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Room was big enough to fit our 2 large check in luggage + 2 carry ons. Would definitely stay here again

Muy bonito Hotel, el desayuno muy variado y te dan un dia de desayuno VIP, las habitaciones tienen mucho espacio y la limpieza es 100% bien, las camas muy comfortables, y la ubicacion a un lado de la estacion de tren y que esta ubicado en Universal city puedes salir y estan las tiendas y restaurantes al alcance.

Upon arrival, we were a bit confused because there was no check-in desk. Fortunately, I had cell service and checked my email, where I noticed (only two hours before arrival) we’d been sent the door code. If I hadn’t had service, this would have been a major problem! Once inside, we noticed areas in the room that had not been cleaned but thankfully the beds were clean. The beds were quite firm, but the kitchen was useful. The room served what were needed.

Our experience at Six Senses Kyoto was extraordinary from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully tailored to our family. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Six Senses Kyoto is a sanctuary of beauty and calm, but it’s the people who made it truly exceptional. We are grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return.
