Osaka Luxury Vacations

The staff, the breakfasts, and the room were all incredible. I would absolutely stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The proximity to everything was perfect, and having the subway right there was ideal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the hotel. It made our dream vacation a reality and then some.

Hotel was a great value, if we ever end up back at universal Osaka will definitely stay here again!

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

Loved our rooms. Loved the shower and water pressure. Check in was easy, staff were fantastic! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone was happy and we are picky eaters. The only downside was the renovations taking place which limited our views from our rooms and there was only one elevator/ lift in operation which was annoying at busy times (check out and breakfast). We ended up being late to a booking because it took a long time to get back to our rooms after breakfast and then again trying to leave the building. The other minor complaint was the noise at night. Not great if you’re a light sleeper.

The views from every single part of this hotel are spectacular. The rooms are also very spacious and high-end. This hotel felt like a dream. Absolutely spectacular.
