Gorgeous property with fantastic customer service. Everything was clean, well maintained, the food was great and the drinks were wonderful. It will be hard to stay anywhere else when we come to Savannah.

Good location and rooms with access to river front and Savannah downtown.

The decor and ambiance was exceptional. The staff was always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have.The food was excellent. The housekeeping staff left much to be desired. Floors were not swept nor beds made on a daily basis.

I have stayed at The Brice on prior stays. We found the property to be in need of a light refresh. The hallways & elevator have visible damage. Some exterior doors need deep cleaning. Some of the patio furniture is worn or dirty. Our room was in very good shape except for the windows which were moldy, dirty & had moisture between the panes. We loved the bartender & enjoyed our craft cocktails & appetizers. The breakfast was exceptional. The eggs served on focaccia were a favorite. Overall, I would expect a bit more from a Kimpton property.
