とても静かで、全体的な雰囲気が最高でした。都会から逃れて休日を過ごすにはもってこいの場所です。

10年以上前に数回泊まりました。 そして今回泊まって気が付いた事は、施設の老朽化です。 それ以外はホスピタリティ等以前と変わらず気持ち良く滞在出来ました。

Our room (and maybe all room) is isolated, and has the private pool and bath. Very quiet and comfortable. It was quite good stay. Thank you!!

First of all, I was truly impressed by how secure this hotel is. In Bali, there are many bikes and cars, and crossing the street can be difficult, but the hotel security staff kindly and cheerfully help guests cross the road. When vehicles enter the premises, they also carefully check around the car to ensure safety, which I found very reassuring. At check-in, all the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles. Even though I don’t speak English well, they kindly used a translator device and guided us carefully all the way to our room, which was very helpful in such a large hotel. The entire property, including the rooms, is extremely clean. There is also a pool, and I was impressed to see the staff cleaning leaves from the water every morning. The maintenance and cleaning of the grounds were also consistently well done. There’s a beach just across from the hotel, and I really appreciated that we could enjoy both the pool and the beach with towel rentals available. Above all, whenever we had any concerns, every staff member responded with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. As a mother traveling with a child, I was quite anxious at first, but thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a safe and truly enjoyable stay. I especially want to thank Ms. Tiur, who helped us during check-in. Her beautiful smile and kind support, even using a translation device to communicate with someone like me who doesn’t speak English, really made me feel at ease. She continued to check in on u

疲れて到着したところにホテルの儀式に宿泊費の全額支払いにデポジットを請求され、少々うんざりしました。 バリでは有名どころに度々宿泊してきたがちょっと驚きを隠せなかった。 とはいえ期待どおりオーシャンビューの良い景観でしたしプールも広く快適で、滞在中の満足感はありました。 また食事が美味しく鮨など日本料理のレベルも高いと感じました。モーニングを何でも、いくつでも選べるというのはラグジュアリーホテルと感じるところでしょうか。スタッフも良い感じですね。 総合的に満足のいくホテルではあったように感じています。 チェックイン時の事柄だけ検討を願っています。

とにかく大自然を感じられます。 友人2組と宿泊しました。 部屋もよく清掃さろ綺麗出した。 家族づれも多いホテルです。 部屋の入り口のドアがおそらく防音ドアではないのか、廊下での話声などが漏れてきて朝方結構うるさいです。

客室もホテルも凄くきれいでスタッフの対応も素晴らしいです！

観光地から遠くアクセスはやや不便です。 自然の中にあるホテルで、鳥のさえずりと共に朝を迎えます。 従業員もフレンドリーな人が多く、日本語の話せるスタッフかいて助かりました。
