My room was very small, without even a chair. The room smelled on entry. I reported this to three different staff but they were unable to fix the problem. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower, lots of light, and plenty of counter space.

Great location

The staff were super friendly and helpful, it was a nice place to stay, the only negative was that there wasn't much for kids to do (eg. Pool etc).

Very disappointing experience, especially for the price I used to love staying at this hotel. It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment. The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers and noise throughout the hotel. What disappoints me most is the price. The hotel is still charging premium five-star rates while offering a very limited experience. I find it hard to understand how they can justify such high prices when so many facilities are unavailable. I understand that renovations are necessary, but surely the prices should reflect the inconvenience and lack of services during this period. After being a returning guest for years, I genuinely feel the hotel has lost much of what once made it special. At these prices, there are far better options in Sydney. Extremely poor value for money.

This was an excellent location for attending an event at the Sydney ICC. Easy walk to the venue, and pretty comfortable and quiet in the room.

Clean room with a view, convenient location, close to everything, nice amenities and professional staff.

Very well equipped kitchen for a apartment hotel. Handy to central Sydney. Quiet and roomy. We'd come here again.
