The property met our needs perfectly. The fact the tram stop was outside the property was a real bonus especially after a long day sightseeing with food shopping on the way home! For such a large hotel complex, the apartment was so quiet. There isn't much to walk out to in the immediate area but that was fine with us. There is a large Spar 10 mins walk. It was such good value for money.

The property is impecable! Our room was a lovely and very comfortable suite.the dining room & bar well attended and the food and drinks delicious! We enjoyed the pool, and hid from the August heat. We will return !

Great spot. Staff was awesome, friendly, helpful and available. Very accommodating. Location great for museums. Next to great chocolate shop! A/C was great, nice little things they did well- didn’t cut corners.

The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great.

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good too, though the service was a bit slow, especially when you have children with you. Would definitely come back again though!

We stayed here last month and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and cordial. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options, and it was definitely worth enjoying at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

I felt that the breakfast was way over priced for what was available compared to every other hotel we have stayed in all over the world.
