The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Easily the best hotel during our trip across Austria. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location to shopping and public transportation was perfect. We stayed during a heat wave (over 100F) and the hotel was cool the whole time, climate control in the room was great. The rooms are so nice both in comfort and style. The best bed we had during our trip. Entrance to the U-Bahn is right around the corner. So many shops and restaurants up and down Mariahilferstrasse. If you need to avoid the heat like we did you can pop down to the underground and go anywhere in Vienna to visit the sights. Sauna and Steam room available for guests, both were great. Highly recommended for couples travelling.

Clean nice hotel. Layout of our room was very odd. But rest all is good

Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean and cozy. It's a small boutique hotel. Mostly quiet but some occasional noise from the outside hotel bar on weekends. A few things in the room were partly broken. For example, one of the charger ports did not work, the tissue dispenser was loose from the wall when you pulled a tissue out, and the shower head would wobble. These are minor things. Generally the stay was good.

Location was absolutely perfect, clean room with an old style charm, very pleasant and courteous staff. We didn’t have a chance to go to the café lounge, but it did look beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful day.

Just want to highly recomand this property! Great location and very clean. The apartment is perfect and I love that the air conditioning was on when we entered the room. The fact that they have a small garage makes it even batter. I do appreciate the communication with us although it was after 22:00 when we got at the property. There are restaurants and caffès right outside. I’ve enjoyed it and I recomand it.

An amazing venue accompanied by a great location and attentive staff. The spa and the breakfast buffet were fantastic.

This was an amazing hotel, located centrally in the heart of Budapest. It was so easy to get around, can walk everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful with amazing amenities. The room was spotless and the AC was clutch, especially during a heat wave. I would totally come back here again!

The hotel is a beautifully restored historic building, with richly decorated ballroom style dining area. The property was very clean, the amenities covered everything we needed, the staff was helpful, courteous and had great recommendations for dining, entertainment and transportation options in the area. Our stay included breakfast, with offerings of a wide selection of pastries, breads, baked goods, cold cuts, as well as made-to-order dishes and salads. Can't comment on parking since we used the excellent public transportation system and had no need for parking services. The central location of the property made it really easy to reach any landmarks and honestly everything the city had to offer. The great public safety of the area made even late night river bank walks a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend staying at this property.

This hotel really is excellent. Beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition, in both our room and all public areas. We were there during the recent heatwave and the air-conditioning in our room really proved its worth. Beyond the building itself, other areas of excellence were the friendly/helpful staff, the complimentary drinks and snacks each day on the patio and the well-stocked mini-bar, also included in the room rate and refilled each day. Location also ideal for the tourist areas around Stephansdom. Best hotel we've used in a very long time.

The hotel, the staff - everything was AMAZING!! But!! The area wasn’t the best and even partially felt not safe.
