Efficient shuttle bus service

Very run down and the first room I was given the lock box for the key was sliding around and the key wouldnt work. The front desk team also loudly announces your room number which is a big no no in the hospitality industry for safety reasons. Especially when seeing a lone female checking in. i had 2 different people for the different keys I had to get and they both did it. The shuttle also doesn't drop off at departures which means you have to lug your luggage around the whole airport to get checked in. Given the quality of the room, it should have been under $100 a night.

Staff was kind but the room cleanliness and upkeep could be greatly upgraded.

Check in supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3:30 PM and we received our second room after 5:00 pm.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

Construction was taking place down the road. Somewhat noisy at times outside. I was shocked at how inside none of the noise could be heard. Inside the hotel I immediately felt relaxed and pleased at the atmosphere. In our room as well could not here any external noise. Surprisingly fantastic. I hated to leave, we were very comfortable in our beautiful room. Lobby warm, elegant design.

Great location, close to Zurich HB, but no fridge or nothing in the room.

Conveniently located near airport. Nice continental breakfast selection. Room is clean & spacious. Staff very friendly & courteous. Highly recommended
