Excellent staff and good restaurant

Everything about the hotel is wonderful- spacious rooms, wonderful amenities, restaurants, exemplary staff. We utilized the spa and gym. What a wonderful experience!

Hotel Niwa was exceptional. I can’t say enough about the relaxing ambiance in every inch of this hotel. The restaurants were phenomenal and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Truly breathtaking views, comfortable beds and super convenient to walk to the train. My only regret is that I didn’t stay for longer to take advantage of the refresh lounge and massage room. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again!

The room was spotless, the toiletries and linen were so good, and the service was outstanding. Definitely will be coming back, we had a wonderful stay.

Everything! The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast/meals, unlimited supplies of toiletries, coffee, tea and the unconditional support of all the staff. It brought our hotel experience on another level…We will definitely stay at the same hotel on our next Japan visit and can/will recommend to other people without reservation…

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and calls to the front desk were answered immediately with no wait time. Although the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, everything was incredibly tasty and healthy. The Japanese breakfast was especially delicious. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of space—particularly with the sliding Japanese doors—and were also a very comfortable size. We had a Capitol view, which was incredible; we could see the National Diet Building, the Imperial Palace gardens, and even Tokyo Skytree in the distance. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay for anyone visiting Tokyo who wants a quieter area that is still central and convenient.

Room and staff were terrific, location and view was perfect. We had access to four restaurants for breakfast… had any of them been good I would have given a Five Star rating. The breakfast was simply not too the standard of other five star hotels we’ve been all over the world. Hotel was wonderful.

Great stay and service honestly. Only thing is the pictures of the rooms are a little misleading. Rooms are very small and hard to move in, even with just 2 people.
