Absolutely loved this hotel . Lovely staff , very friendly and helpful.
The room was kept clean and tidy and there was always someone around for any kind of need you may have . Highly recommended .

Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians/ vegan. Overall the staff was courteous in their interaction but less proactive in dining area. Not sure if we will stay here again!
