Excellent hotel with fantastic amenities. Our second time here and it won’t be our last. My only gripe is that you have to pay for meals and amenities as you go, rather than them being charged to your room to settle on check-out. This is cumbersome but seems usual to most guests.

Le palais restaurant isn’t what a Michelin 3 stars restaurant should be - out of items, no advanced notification of notable pre-order items, tables placed too close to each others, captain missing item ordered, argue with guest. Not a good experience for any restaurant let alone a highest Michelin rated establishment. What a shame this place awarded such pedigree.
As for the hotel, room, and the restaurant, cheap materials thru out masked by dark ambient. Fake 5 stars. Do not recommend.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us finish the check in process before the room was ready. Then they brought our luggage to the room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was also great. The location was very convenient to the light rail station and development stores. The only thing is that the lobby has very limited seats for guests to sit and relax.
