We stayed for 5 nights. The view from the apartment was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent with easy access to the tram services, activities, restaurants and just a short walk to Surfers Paradise Beach. However, the reason for my lower rating is that there are several issues that need attention. The curtains were visibly moldy, which was disappointing. The apartment was also not well soundproofed, we could clearly hear music and traffic noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the bathtub has stains and clogged and drained very slowly. I would not recommend this apartment for families, especially with the music and traffic noise.

Incredible location. Delightful staff. Price point suggests that maintenance should be done with more precision.

We had a lovely stay at The Langham! Check-in and check-out were smooth, lobby was amazing and luxurious, the room was huge and amazing with a bedroom X ensuite, a common toilet and shower and a study. We also had a wraparound balcony with stunning views of Nerang River and Broadbeach. Amentiies were great. Pools both indoor and outdoor outstanding. This hotel delivered the luxury that The Langham brand promises. The best add on was their Whatsapp support line - was using it even prior to our arrival to confirm details of our booking, plus used it to request blankets and complimentary water and finally clarificafions re our checkout. Location-wise very close to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, it had food options too. We genuinely had five star experience.

Great location. Tidy, clean and well equipped unit. Car parking is a little tight but road parking is available.

Booked a week out and got a very reasonable price especially given proximity to beachfront. Was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on check-in to a two bedroom apartment with a lovely sea view from the balcony and main bedroom. Jane checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. I had a small suv rental car and my allocated carpark was a tight squeeze next to a pole, but luckily no one parked on one side of me which was a relief! Could be tricky for nervous drivers or larger vehicles. Location is perfect with an easy walk along beachfront to either Broadbeach one way or Surfers the other. There is also a local convenience store close by for any essentials if you don’t have time to travel further and a BWS within a 10min walk also.

You’re staying in a hotel with no hotel benefits. Stains on the floor, tv doesn’t work, no charging ports near the beds, toilet cracked and doesn’t flush properly.
