Everything was wonderful, especially my view of The Sphere!
I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. It was far to walk down to find coffee, especially when you are sleepy and just wanted a cup of coffee!

Our room was well below expectations. The bathtub was cracked and stained. The walls and door had water damage. The air conditioner was obnoxiously loud. Pillows were flat. In room checkout wasn’t working.

The Valet Parking is a disorganized mess. It takes time to drop it off and more time to get it back. The function to order your car before going downstairs was down the whole time we were there which resulted in longer waiting time for getting the car. The Valet personnel will change your seat and mirrors every time and one time the passenger seat was way back.
Housekeeping is also questionable. Apparently they clean rooms from 9am to 8pm. And when they make your bed, they just cover it with the blanket but the sheets underneath are a complete mess. There were 4 people in our room and we would receive 2 bath towels so we constantly had to request more towels.
