Mountain States Kid friendly Vacations

Our stay at the Westgate started off very disappointing. The first room we were given was in poor condition. There was a hole in the carpet, the shower faucet wouldn’t shut off completely, the air conditioning couldn’t keep the room cool, and the lighting was so poor that it made the room feel dark and outdated. After we brought these issues to the staff’s attention and requested an upgrade, we were moved to a much better room. The second room was a noticeable improvement and made the rest of our stay much more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was Jimmy, who helped us get a cab to the airport. He greeted us with a smile, had a great attitude, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. His friendliness and willingness to help left us with a positive final impression. While I appreciate that the staff addressed our room concerns and that Jimmy provided outstanding customer service, the hotel should ensure every guest room is properly maintained before it is assigned. No guest should have to ask for a different room to receive the quality they expect.

This was my first stay at Treasure island. My neighbour suggested it as they enjoy going there. Out of the over 30 times staying in Vegas Treasure island was by far the cleanest and nicest room I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed at all of the Caesar’s properties and a few others. Always the same issues. TI was so clean and well maintained I will be back.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Rio! The rooms (suite) were great. Nice, clean and spacious. Huge 65in tv with comfy bed and couch. The closet with vanity area to get ready was huge. The bathroom was nice with the glass wall shower. Loved that they had four pools with a 21+ only pool that had a dj! The only downside about the pools is that they were freezing, to cold ro enjoy to its fullest. The restaurant that we ate at was great as well (the kitchen table). We ate there for breakfast multiple days. Went to the comedy club there and had a blast. We also went to go see the burlesque show Empire strip back! It was GREAT!!! Classy funny professional and sexy. Everything was great at the Rio. It was our first time staying and we will be going back!

My family and I loved the stay there. This place had everything for families and adults. Would recommend this place to others.

Location is close to everything on the strip. Rooms are well set out with plenty of room to move around.
