The room was nice and large, plus clean. The breakfast was great! Lots of options.

I love staying here because it’s convenient and comfortable with friendly staff and good breakfast and i g have done so for nearly ten years. My only complaint is not exclusive to this property - I have aged and now have mobility challenges and this and most other properties do not consider disability challenges except in the most superficial ways, i.e. raised numbers on room doors, handicapped parking spaces( which are greatly appreciated) and level entrances. Badly needed are adequate grab bars, higher toilets and no barrier showers in more than one room per property. Aging does a not eliminate a desire to travel but unhelpful bathroom facilities certainly make it an almost insurmountable difficulty.

Good location. Close to the Oval and within walking distance (at least for me because I walk a lot) of the Public Gardens, Citadel and Wanderers soccer pitch.

staff here was so nice, breakfast was boring they hadn't had hot food. room condition quite good.

The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road.
