Great staff. But room was not dusted or swept on our 2nd day onwards.

The property benefit is doesn’t describe by front desk coordinator other than that is everything is great and nice

Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. We are very disappointed that the resort allows this to happen. Bathrooms within a distance from the beach were scarce and when you did find one, they were very dirty. Nighttime entertainment was none existent. Someone playing a saxophone in the lobby for an hour doesn't constitute a show! We will venture to find another resort for our next trip to Cancun.

Most of the staff are very friendly our room is ok clean , food are excellent , security is on top, the staff in all restaurants are very nice . We enjoyed our vacation.

Everything was nice and clean

Loved this hotel very much! The size of hotel and size of beach is just prefect. Restaurants offering is fantastic and easy to get table - loved the no reservation system - first come first serve. It would have been a perfect 5 star rating had the hotel staff not lied to me about maintaining the AC at 21C; anything lower is a pretense. Then they send maintenance to fix, requested twice and still no change; wish they just told me that they fixed the temperature and I’d have known and planned; didn’t sleep well at night as got very warm. Also, while they had a Vegetarian menu, they did not have any vegetarian beans (crazy) - all made with lard; was challenging at times to have this discussion constantly to know what I was getting and what it was fried in. Better effort needed for a vegetarian.
