The property was not what we expected. The cabins are very far from the main town and front desk so we wasted alot of time waiting for buses in the rain. The pictures are a bit misleading as is the reception as the cabins are old and had no air-conditioning.
I wouldn't recommend if you are expecting it to reflect the photos.

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.
