Fantastic hotel in the perfect location near everything you would like to see in Paris! The staff was super helpful and kind. We got there quite early so they happily stored our luggage and did their best to get us into our room a little bit early. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great which was very helpful as we were there for a heat wave. The breakfast was convenient, but nothing to rave about. We highly recommend a stay at the beautiful hotel Napoleon.

NOT A 5 STAR!!!
This is at the most a 3 star hotel, this comes from a 15 years of experience of staying in 5 stars. I fell for the reviews, if this is 5 star, Ritz should be 10 stars.
Horrible staff, smelly dirty rooms, carpets with stains, rooms are not cleaned until 5 PM once a day, not set up for sleep in the evenings, we booked for 4 nights, but checked out after 2 and booked a real 5 star at the last minute. . They charge you 5 star prices but amenities are not at the level of a 5 star.
Do not book, do not waste your money, book a real 5 stars

The room is extremely small , awful size even for 2 people, the location is not that good , by walking everything is far so got to take a taxi all the time
