I don't really know where to begin with this review as this was possibly the worst hotel I have ever seen.
The hotel is absolutely AWFUL - do not book this accommodation. It's more frequently used as emergeny accommodation by the council, than as a hotel.
The hotel and it's surrounding building is in a truly shocking state, so much so that we didn't even want to check in. Discarded chairs, biked and piles of rubbish everywhere.
The room was equally as poor and just wasn't somewhere you would feel safe staying in.
We were not offered a refund through Hotels.com or by the hotel directly so had to take the hit and quickly find somewhere else for 2 nights, which was quite a challenge and extremely expensive.
I urge you to read the other reviews thoroughly (I wish I had done this myself). The photos are incredibly misleading and the 4 star classification is an absolute travesty.

Fabulous building, staff were amazing with a special call out to Jill who went over and above. Breakfast was really great. Parking free and right at the door. I would highly recommend Oddfellows .
