A lot of shops in the hotel property, supermarket, KFC, Starbucks, etc. The beds and the pillows are comfortable.

It was convenient taking A11 to the hotel from the airport and walkable to the causeway bay MTR and shopping areas. many places to eat and shop. good location

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

The area is away from city not much of shopping around.

Overall is good and very convenient. But i found the pillows had some bad smell like made u feel not cleaned. Only this I m not satisfied.
