Hong Kong SAR Kid friendly Vacations

Location of the hotel is close to transport by bus & MTR. Also a lot of eating venues nearby. The reception staff and cleaners are very friendly & helpful. The room is spacious too.

Experienced Bed bugs Vs mosquitoes in a room. Staff response was ok we changed rooms with no issue and they swept the room but they found no evidence of insects but the bites stopped after we changed room. They offered my kids some Disney themed stuff animals for the inconvenience . Other wise location is good if you plan To go to Disney rooms were ok but dates pool and gym were nice.

Really liked the cleanliness and availability of shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. The showers were a bit small and didnt have an iron but otherwise, it was really nice.

Great location for transit customers

The staff and the property were great no issues at all!!

The property is clean and in a good central area for shopping and overall transportation. There’s also a lot of food options all within walking distance.

AC was fixed at 27 initially, we were moved to another room but temp was fixed at 23 which was still not completely comfortable. The staff though are very helpful even the manager but I don’t think they can really do anything about the situation.
