Room type: Presidential Apartment (3 berm, 2 ba). Having 2 bathrooms made getting ready much easier hard to find properties with the second bathroom. The Good: Our kitchen was a nice space to make coffee, store our delicious pastries and snacks, and had we been inclined to cook, was fully stocked. Our balcony was used often and we appreciated having a broom as we needed to sweep daily - understandable for an outdoor space. The provided iron and ironing board came in handy as did the washer and dryer. Front desk staff was happy to provide extra pods for the washer. Areas for improvement: I will say the one thing that I wasn’t as impressed with was the cleanliness of the unit as a whole. If I had a small child who would be crawling or playing on the floor, I would have been quite unhappy. Baseboards were dirty in spots, the floor darkened our socks until I cleaned the floor with some Clorox wipes we had, the rug was in need of a vacuum…

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.

Within a convenient short walk to shops/restaurants of Old Quebec. Apartment was roomy and fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was spotless.

Beautiful space in the perfect location. So much character! Loved it.

there was no water on the room and they charged for it. breakfast served very late. bed wasn’t comfortable

Parking is a breeze- you can self park or choose valet. The hotel is situated close to many restaurants and sights. The concierge is so helpful in suggesting places to eat etc. Their suggestions were always amazing. The hotel room was gorgeous and super clean. The bed is very comfortable and the ac works well. The bathroom is unreal! The shower heads were powerful and worked so well! The shampoos etc smelled so good! There’s an automatic toilet complete with a heated seat & bidet. I love this hotel and didn’t want to leave. My only issue was with its restaurant. We only went for late night drinks , but we were overcharged twice, and it was a bit stuffy- even though seats were available, they said there was no room. We did get in after saying we were hotel guests, but service was definitely lacking. It is gorgeous- but way too loud.
