Everything great. The only bad thing was the housekeeping knocking the door very early in the morning.

No the room wasn't at good condition but the staff was Great!!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. But DO NOT book a room on the 12th floor. There is a generator above the rooms on the roof, that when it kicks on, will keep you awake ALL night even if you sleep with earplugs. On top of that, the staff was outside in the halls early talking loud and making noise after we already did not sleeping much during the night. They should wait until guests check out to be that loud.

Everything at this resort was amazing. We've been coming to the island since we were children and we hadn't heard about the resort until recently. So imagine our surprise when we arrive and see the fantastic views from every corner of the resort. The room, staff and amenities were all A+. We're already planning our next stay.

The staff was nice however the amenities were under construction. The construction noise at 6:30 am is not how I want to relax. It was extremely noisy and it was hard to sleep in or watch tv during that time. You can hear the noise from the bathroom. The casino was closed. The adult pool was closed as well. I wish they would reimburse me for the days I spent here or give me a voucher to return after construction so I can actually relax!
