Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A beautiful hotel , helpful, courteous, attentive staff and very high standard in every way .

Loved the property, location

Daily room service was perfect with drinks in refrigerator and crackers, nuts, cookies replenished daily.

The hotel was clean and quaint, the food was very good, and the staff were very kind and accommodating

Staff and front desk were really friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean , very homely energy also . Safe with the doorman there sometimes. Spa has a sauna steam cold plunge . Thankyou for a lovely time.

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

Great hotel and amenities! On one of the days room service did not do a great job cleaning the rooms.

The room was spotless. The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the 'Hugs' at breakfast. Francesco was always helpful. Amanni at reception was a big help with her recommendations. Maruzella and Venezia restsurants in area very good. Cafe San Pietro across street bad. Decor great but food and price not.
