Opus is a classy stay in Yaletown. In the heart of the restaurant district, and close to the arenas, great walking, and access to downtown, and gastown. Will definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic for accessing the surrounding areas with several options for food & entertainment within walking distance. This would be a great area for families to stay. The waterfront is walkable & gorgeous too! 10/10 from location to the service we received from the hotel staff!

Very comfortable and clean stay, truly a home away from home. Staff was very responsive and accommodating for early checkin and late checkout. Gym only has free weights for strength training but they did the job.

Room was good but nice to have table to set you drink on with the two large chairs. Great beds to sleep on and good amenities .thejapanese spa was great.

The room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos, which I really appreciated. However, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The TV information mentioned that a different type of pillow could be requested, but when I called, the staff confirmed that they don’t have any other type and could only offer more of the same ones already in the room. That was disappointing and inconsistent with what was stated on the TV. The location was very convenient. The Capstan SkyTrain station is within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. Pool & Jacuzzi: The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The water was pleasantly warm, which was perfect since it was cold outside. My partner and I had the area all to ourselves, so it felt private and relaxing. Gym: The gym was simple but had all the essentials for a quick and effective workout. One small detail to keep in mind: if you accidentally turn on or leave the “Privacy” light on when leaving the room, housekeeping won’t clean it. We experienced that once, but I truly appreciated the printed note from the housekeeping manager explaining why — that level of professionalism stood out to me. During check-in, we carried our own luggage to the room; it would have been a nice touch if someone had at least offered help, especially since we arrived on our own and not through the airport shuttle. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice room! Bed was a bit too soft for us. Cookies were a nice touch! Need more easily accessible electrical outlets.

Great new aparthotel in downtown with walking distance to the Rogers Arena. Would stay here again.
